Anthony E. Collins is a consultant in the firm working in the corporate and commercial sphere specialising in mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, joint ventures and general day to day corporate matters for companies.
Besides corporate and commercial work, Anthony has also worked extensively in the areas of insolvency and international arbitrations.

Anthony is an active member of the International Bar Association, an honorary member of the Canadian Bar Association and a member of the Board of the Institute of Directors in Ireland.

Anthony is a past President of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
Anthony has written a number of articles relating to different aspects of law and has also given lectures to various bodies, including a series of talks on corporate governance and the rights and responsibilities of directors.
For some years, Anthony has featured in various guides to the world's leading Corporate and M&A lawyers. In 'Legal Business' of September 2005 he was listed as one of the top ten Corporate Lawyers in Ireland.
Anthony became a partner in the firm in 1964.
