American Bar Association 2011 Fall Meeting – Dublin 11-15 October 2011
The American Bar Association Section of International Law is holding its 2011 Fall Meeting in Dublin, October 11-15. Eugene F. Collins has been deeply involved in the planning of this meeting and will be holding a number of events throughout the week. It is expected that over 1,200 international practitioners from more than 60 countries will attend the 2011 Fall Meeting and we would like to hear from you if either you or any of your colleagues will be travelling to Dublin for this event - email us at stwomey@efc.ie.

PADDY McKILLEN SUCCESSFULLY CHALLENGES NAMA
The Supreme Court delivered its judgment this morning 3 February 2011 in this landmark case in which Mr. Paddy McKillen successfully challenged the transfer of various loans held by companies in his group to the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA).
