Practice Areas
Mark Walsh is a partner and Head of the firm's Property department specialising in commercial property. He has built up a strong expertise in the area of landlord and tenant acting for New Look, TM Lewin, J.D. Sports and Harvey Norman. He also acts for a number of hoteliers including Travelodge and Crowne Plaza/Holidays Inns in Ireland.
Mark also advises clients on the property areas of restructuring and insolvency.
