Practice Areas

Maura Connolly is a partner and head of the firm's Employment Law group. She advises employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship including contentious and non-contentious matters. Maura is experienced in civil litigation and has represented clients in employment tribunals and before industrial relations bodies. She has been involved in many commercial transactions and has considerable experience of employment issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Membership of Chambers / Bodies

Maura is a member of the Law Society's Employment and Equality Law Committee. She is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Irish Society for Labour Law.

Maura has made presentations to a number of bodies including Public Affairs Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland and to clients.  She has published articles and commentary in the National media and has contributed articles to many publications relating to employment law.
