Practice Areas
Nicola McGrath is a partner in the Corporate & Banking department. She specialises in company, commercial and taxation law dealing in particular with mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, equity fundraising, joint ventures and employee share schemes.
In addition, Nicola provides ongoing advice to clients in relation to company law, and corporate governance compliance, including directors loans, purchase of own shares and capital maintenance.
