Practice Areas
Sean Twomey is the managing partner of Eugene F. Collins. He has a key role in formulating the firm's strategy and the development of its business. As managing partner, he oversees the development of Eugene F. Collins, maintaining close links with many of the firm's most important clients, and liaising directly with several of them. He also seeks to build links into the business community on behalf of the firm.
Sean specialises in commercial and residential property and acts for major developers. He has extensive experience in commercial property lending and acts for all major lending institutions. Sean advises on lending restructurings and enforcement of securities in conjunction with our Corporate Recovery department. He also advises on the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions and of joint venture transactions.
