Barry O'Neill is a partner in the firm's Corporate Recovery group and has wide-ranging specialist experience of the legal aspects of corporate and insolvency issues.

Education

Admitted as a solicitor in 1972

Membership of Chambers / Bodies

Barry is a consultant on insolvency on the Law Society's Education Programme and a contributing author to Insolvency Law published by the Law Society of Ireland/Cavendish Publishing.  He has lectured extensively to accountancy bodies, credit management organisations and the International Bar Association.  He is one of the compilers of the Combined Companies Acts 1963-1990.

Barry is Chairman of the Law Reform Committee of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners (ISIP), of which he is a founding council member.
