Aisling Doran

Aisling is an Associate in Banking and specialises in advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a full range of secured and unsecured finance transactions including bilateral and syndicated loans, asset and project finance transactions, acquisition finance and financial restructurings. She is experienced in advising on the negotiation and drafting of facilities agreements and security documentation both for new lending and existing facilities.

Aisling also has experience in reviewing and updating security documentation and advising on pre-enforcement issues.
