Eoghan is an Associate and Head of the firm’s EU, Competition & Regulated Markets group. He provides advice on all aspects of competition law, including Irish and EU merger control, abuses of a dominant position and anti-competitive agreements. Eoghan also advises in relation to cartel investigations and dawn raids, EU State aid law, public procurement law and regulatory law.
Eoghan tutors competition law to trainee solicitors attending the Law Society of Ireland's Professional Practice Courses.
