Jessica is an Associate in Dispute Resolution and has considerable experience in commercial litigation, particularly in banking and construction related disputes.
Jessica advices banks and financial institutions in respect of all aspects of High Court proceedings against defaulting borrowers. This includes preparing and issuing proceedings, advising on the appropriate enforcement mechanisms once judgment is obtained, and where appropriate, advising on the provision of the Consumer Credit legislation and the Central Bank’s Code of Conduct on mortgage arrears as well as other pre-enforcement matters.
Jessica also provides advice to clients in bringing and defending proceedings involving claims in debt recovery, breach of contract, defamation, personal injury claims and product liability.
