Kathi Ó Riain

Kathi Ó Riain is a Partner in Property & Construction. She has considerable experience in acting for foreign and domestic investors on the sale and acquisition of property, for financial institutions and other funds on property based lending and she has been involved in acting for insolvency practitioners in many high profile insolvency cases.

She works closely with the Corporate and Banking Departments in relation to the property elements of mergers and acquisitions, the enforcement of property backed security and in loan sales.

Kathi is also very experienced in acting for retail tenants both on the high street and in shopping centres together with landlords and tenants in lettings of both office and industrial premises.

Given her German background, Kathi also regularly advises German companies on the property elements of setting up in Ireland and has acted for lending institutions on the enforcement of Irish facilities secured on German property.
