Róisín is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate Recovery Group. Róisín specialises in company and commercial law, with a particular focus on insolvency law and corporate recovery/restructuring. She acts for liquidators, receivers, examiners and creditors of distressed companies in relation to all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring. She also frequently advises directors in relation to their duties in the context of a company's insolvency and acts for them in restriction and disqualification proceedings.
In addition, Róisín regularly acts for receivers and their appointing financial institutions in relation to the realisation of security over property. She is experienced in carrying out security reviews, advising on enforcement options, reviewing commercial agreements and acting in wide-ranging litigation proceedings arising from insolvency appointments.
