Aoife advises on all types of commercial property transactions. She has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, commercial leasing, property based lending and property elements of corporate transactions.

Aoife is a member of the firm’s finance team and advises major lending institutions on the real estate aspects of secured lending transactions and on restructuring, remediation and the sale of property assets. She recently acted in the disposal of mixed use property portfolios, shopping centres and retail parks and acts for both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for retail, office and industrial space.
