Eoghan Ó hArgáin
Eoghan is an Associate and Head of the firm’s EU, Competition & Regulated Markets group. He provides advice on all aspects of Irish and EU competition law, including merger control, abuse of a dominant position, anti-competitive agreements, cartel investigations and dawn raids and EU state aid law. Eoghan also advises in relation to public procurement law, telecoms law and regulatory law.
Eoghan tutors competition law to trainee solicitors attending the Law Society of Ireland’s Professional Practice Courses.
