Tríona is an Associate in the Employment & Employee Benefits Group and advises employers and employees in the public and private sector on all aspects of the employment relationship, contentious and non-contentious. She is experienced in advising on employment issues arising in corporate restructuring, including in particular transfer of undertakings and management of collective redundancies.
Tríona has represented clients in all industrial relations bodies and before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunal and Civil Courts.
Tríona provides on-going support to HR managers in relation to internal reorganisations and rationalisations, terminations and audits of employment related documentation.
