Margaret is a Partner in Property & Construction Law and head of the Firm's Planning & Environment Law Group. Margaret advises on Construction, Planning, Environmental & Property law matters arising on construction projects promoted by public and private developers.
Margaret advises contractors, developers, funders and professional teams at all stages of a construction project and on dispute management and resolution. She advises on planning and environmental legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions including those involving energy infrastructure. Margaret advises on all aspects of planning and environmental compliance, licensing and permitting of activities and facilities as well as civil and criminal liability and judicial review of regulatory decisions.
