David Hackett

David is the Managing Partner of Eugene F. Collins. He is head of the Firm's Intellectual Property Law / Information Technology Law Group. He advises on all aspects of intellectual property law including trademark issues, copyright matters, software development, licensing and distribution and ecommerce issues. He also advises on telecommunications law and regulation in Ireland.

Memberships
Member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA). David also sits on the legal working group of the Irish Internet Association (IIA). David is a Registered Trade Mark Agent.
