Terry is a Partner in Dispute Resolution Law, with over 35 years’ experience in this sphere. While dealing mostly in commercial litigation, Terry specialises in banking litigation, defamation and professional negligence. He has worked on a wide variety of cases including contractual disputes, specific performance, IT and proprietary knowledge cases and numerous injunctions. He also specialises in the area of Corporate Recovery Law and has extensive experience in litigation relating to this field.
