Laura MacDermott

Laura is a Consultant in the Firm’s Banking Law Department. She advises on a range of business and financial services transactions and issues. Laura has extensive experience in banking law and finance law including acquisition finance, syndicated and secured lending, asset finance, project finance, debt restructuring and work outs.

Admitted as a solicitor in 1980

Member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).
Laura was a representative on the Law Society's Company Law Committee from 1988-1993.
Laura was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988.
Laura is a co-chair on the Banking Practice group of the Terralex law Firm network.
