Leonora Malone

Leonora is a Partner and Head of the Firm's Corporate Law Department. She practices exclusively in the area of corporate law and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity placement and corporate restructuring. Leonora advises clients on continuing investments and shareholder and financing arrangements as well as disposals of assets through corporate structures.
