Nicola McGrath

Nicola is a Partner in the Corporate Law Department. She specialises in company and banking Law dealing in particular with corporate restructuring, equity fundraising, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and employee share schemes.

In addition, Nicola advises clients on company law and corporate governance compliance, including directors loans, purchase of own shares and capital maintenance.
