Ronan O’Neill

Ronan is a Partner and Head of the Firm's Dispute Resolution Law Department specialising in financial litigation, particularly in the Commercial Court, banking litigation. He also practises in the area of contentious intellectual property law, specifically trademark and copyright infringement cases. Ronan also practises in administrative law, aviation law, medical law and also deals with Medical Regulatory matters.

Admitted as a solicitor in 1992

Memberships
Member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the International Trade Mark Association (INTA). Ronan has been a member of the Law Society's Litigation Committee for a number of years.
