Justine has extensive experience in commercial property acquisitions, disposals, including commercial lettings, residential and commercial property developments including industrial, business park and mixed developments, licensed premises and hotels.
Justine also works closely with our Finance and Restructuring teams in relation to the property and banking aspects of lending, enforcement and subsequent disposal of security including property secured lending transactions, security reviews, restructuring and remediation of property portfolios and the sale of property assets.
