The EU, Competition & Regulatory Group at Eugene F. Collins works closely with clients to help them navigate the Irish and European competition and regulatory regimes. We regularly advise our clients on a broad range of issues in this area and handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.
This involves interaction with the Irish Competition Authority, the European Commission and other antitrust and regulatory authorities. We handle both contentious and non-contentious matters and also advise on general EU law matters including free movement and trade.
