Kathi Ó Riain has been appointed as the new Head of the Property & Construction team at Eugene F Collins.



Kathi will be responsible for further strengthening the property services the firm offers to its clients. Kathi takes over from Sean Twomey who served as Head of the Property & Construction team for the last three years.

Kathi has been a partner with Eugene F Collins since 2017. She specialises in advising on the sale and acquisition of investment properties for foreign and domestic clients, corporate transactions and property based lending. She has also acted on a number of the biggest office lettings in Ireland. Recently she acted for South County Investments on the pre-let of 3 buildings in Sandyford to Mastercard which was Ireland’s largest single suburban letting and the largest letting in 2020 and French asset management company, Corum on a number of property investments in Ireland.
