Finola is an associate in Dispute Resolution. She has considerable experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution with a particular focus on banking and construction related disputes.
Finola advises banks and financial institutions in bringing proceedings against defaulting borrowers/guarantors and on the various enforcement options available to the client. She also provides advice to clients in bringing and defending proceedings involving claims in debt recovery, breach of contract, defamation and product liability.
Finola is part of the Firm’s Construction, Environmental, Waste & Planning Group and advises clients – including design teams, contractors and developers – on all legal aspects of construction projects including any issues arising in relation to planning and environmental compliance in a variety of business sectors. She also advises clients involved in contentious construction disputes and is experienced in Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation.
