Jonathan has extensive experience in Commercial litigation. Jonathan practices in both the High Court and the Commercial Court and specialises in resolving complex contractual disputes. He has worked on a wide range of commercial litigation cases involving corporate espionage, shareholder disputes, specific performance actions, insurance disputes and mis-selling of financial instruments. Jonathan also practices in the area of Administrative Law and had been involved in a number of judicial review cases and constitutional actions.
Jonathan has particular experience, from the outset of his career, in cases involving litigation arising from insolvency. Jonathan has significant experience in advising liquidators, receivers, examiners and creditors of distressed companies in relation to all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring.
Jonathan is a former president of the Southern Law Association, a former member of the Council of the Law Society and the Law Society’s Regulation of Practice Committee.
