Mark is the Managing Partner of Eugene F. Collins.
Prior to his appointment, Mark spent over 8 years leading the firm’s Property & Construction Group. Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial Property. He has a strong track record working in both the retail and office sector and acts for a number of hotel clients. Mark also advises clients on the property areas of restructuring and insolvency.
Mark has led a department that has grown in strength and depth and they bring extensive experience and resources to the full spectrum of real estate transactions. Mark and the team work closely in managing all aspects of real estate acquisitions, asset management, disposals and financing and refinancing.
Mark is recommended in independent legal directories as a leading lawyer including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and Legal 500.
Mark chairs the firm’s Management Committee.
