Susan McIntyre is the Head of Company Secretarial in our Dublin office which also includes one other experienced Company Secretary. Susan provides corporate and company secretarial services to various group companies such as Inditex, BMW, Maxol, and Q Park. She is also a fellow of the ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute.
